Frequently Asked Questions
-
We are based in Central Oregon and are happy to travel. Travel fees and minimums are based on distance and the overall size of your booking. For events outside our local service area, we typically require 100+ guests or a booking that includes multiple grazing tables, add-ons, or services. Smaller guest counts may qualify when multiple experiences are booked together.
-
No. The Fitz Table offers bulk packages rather than per-person pricing, with packages beginning at quantities designed to feed 25 guests.
If you purchase a package designed for 25 guests and choose to serve it to 30 or 35, that’s completely up to you. We provide the food quantity included in the 25-guest package, and you can choose the package size that best fits your event.
-
Yes. Our grazing packages begin at quantities designed to feed a minimum of 25 guests. Larger package sizes and multiple-table options are available depending on your event.
-
Our specialty add-ons are designed to accompany one of our main grazing experiences and are not typically offered on their own.
For some events, a smaller charcuterie offering may serve as your base package, with appetizer or specialty add-ons added for a larger number of guests.
-
Absolutely! We can provide multiple experiences throughout your celebration — such as a rehearsal dinner, wedding-party brunch, cocktail hour, reception dinner, and dessert.
When several services are booked together, we consider the overall scope of the event, which may also allow smaller guest counts to qualify for travel.
-
Sometimes! It’s always worth asking. Depending on your event and what you’re looking for, we may be able to accommodate special requests or create something outside our standard menus.
-
The Fitz Table provides much more than food. We create an elevated, full-service grazing experience that includes the food, beautiful serving pieces and displays, styling and décor, complete setup, on-site table service, breakdown, and cleanup.
Our goal is to take care of the entire experience so you can simply enjoy your event.
-
Yes! Our team remains on-site during your grazing period to maintain the table, replenish food as needed, and keep the display looking beautiful.
We do not typically serve individual guests. Staffed food service may be available for an additional charge depending on the event and staffing availability.
-
Our grazing tables are available for up to three hours, from the beginning of service to the end. During that time, our team maintains and replenishes the display as needed.
-
Absolutely! We have a large collection of styling and décor options that allow us to complement your wedding colors and overall design.
Our serving pieces primarily feature gold, silver, and natural wood, providing a beautiful neutral foundation. Basic color coordination is included. Specialty décor, florals, or custom items outside our collection may be available for an additional charge.

Please let us know about dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. Depending on the menu, we can often make adjustments or provide alternative options.
Our food is prepared in kitchens where common allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak-season weekends. If your event is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to ask — if we have availability, we may still be able to accommodate you.
-
To get started, send us your event date, location, estimated guest count, and the grazing tables, add-ons, or services you’re interested in.
If you’re not sure exactly what you need, that’s okay! Tell us about your event and what you’re envisioning, and we’ll help you determine the best options.
-
Yes. We need an accessible area for setup and load-in, adequate space for your grazing experience, and access to a standard electrical outlet for our catering trailer. If your venue has special catering or load-in requirements, please let us know in advance.
-
The amount of space depends on your guest count and selected grazing experience. For most events of 50 guests or more, we use our 12-foot grazing tables and recommend approximately 15 feet of clear setup space. Smaller events may require less. We’ll confirm the exact space needed for your event during planning.
